Start button : used to start unit after doing setting.

Lock : used to lock keyboard.

Code : used to set a new key board lock.
Upward key : To increase time in increment of one minute.
Delay : to set delay time from 1 min to 999 min.
Load : used as enter key after doing the setting.
Next : used to shift the basket immediately.
Test : used to move basket from 12 th station to home position.
Temperature : To set temperature of Wax Bath.
Downward key : to decrease the timing in one minute.

All electrical switches used are ISI marked and silver coated and heavy duty. Glass beakers without lip to avoid evoporisation borosil 2 liter capacity. Leakproof wax bath.
Internal parts fabricated from LM grade Aluminum. Centre brass rod moving on Linear bearing. Heavy duty rotor motor used for agitation. Individual lids covers for the Glass beakers to avoid evaporation.
Thread lock used after tightening the assembly screw and bolts. Easy to clean platform.
